Welcome to my website. You will see that glass is involved in many aspects of my life. Working with and teaching glass, earning a living and creatively exploring the possibility of glass. When I first watched someone working with glass, my first thought was not that I wanted to be an artist, but that I knew I wanted to work with glass. It's been seven years now since I began blowing glass and it has been a constant pursuit of developing and bringing it into my daily life.

I make a lot of pumpkins and contrary to what many people may think, I enjoy making them. I only notice that I keep getting better at it. So, they are more than a production piece to me, they are how I learn to blow glass and how I've learned to support myself as a glass blower, which was my initial goal. So, my production line continues to grow to include apples, pears and various other fruits and vegetables.

Beyond this is the rest of my life in glass. My teaching at Palo Alto High and weekend workshops offered there, my strong historical interest in glass specifically the medieval period, and my own personal explorations. It's all here.
